We celebrated Grandpa Lunds Birthday at Spaghetti Mama's on February 4th. It was a week and a half late, but at least we were still able to do so. Grandpa and Grandma were able to go to Vegas together on Dad's birthday, and then later went to California where they met up with Uncle Orville. They all went to Disneyland together. We all wish that we could have been there with them, but oh well. The kids sure enjoy spending time with their grandparents and their Aunts and Uncles and cousins. All the kids were able to take a picture with grandpa, but Jake was being stubborn as usual and refused.
This weekend we had the wonderful opportunity to have Micah's blessing. He was so good, and didn't cry at all during the blessing. Such a good baby. We were blessed by the presence of many great family members, and friends which we are so thankful to. After sacrament meeting we were able to go back to our home and enjoy a nice lunch. The kids all had fun playing together, and we had fun visiting with other adults for a change. (The kids are fun to talk to, but after talking to little people all day long it is refreshing to talk to someone on the same level!)

So far this year we have celebrated Uncle Whits birthday, Krysti's birthday, Jakey's birthday, and Grandpa Lunds birthday. It has been a busy January. The last little while has also been filled with stomache bugs, colds, and adjusting to a life of seven people in one family. It has been amazing how much we have been blessed. Micah is such a joy and is finally opening his eyes more. He is still thinking that mommy is a 24 hour cafe, and keeps me up all night.

We had a great time over the Holidays spending time with all the family. We were able to spend New Years Eve together. We had an amazing spread that dad and mom put on, and then just spent time together while the kids ran around everywhere. The guys in the family had a great time playing rock band on the XBOX 360 and the Grandma's took turns trading off with Micah. Dawn, Lindsay, and I just tried to relax and keep track of the kids.

It was great fun! It was awesome

for me to spend time with my brothers as well. We haven't seen them for about a year as they have been traveling everywhere and anywhere.

We had the great opportunity to have our family come up to Salt Lake from Georgia for a visit shortly after Christmas. The kids were so excited to see their cousins, and we are all excited to be together after so long, and to have Micah arrive in time for the visit. Aaron was given the great honor of baptizing our niece, Kayla, while they were in town. We love her so much and are so happy for the decision that she made to be baptized.
